Wolf Atelier » a new hotspot in town!

Next to hotspot bar/restaurant The Duchess, another kid in town opened his doors in our hometown Amsterdam!
On Sunday the 21st of June we were invited at Wolf Atelier that opened his doors what restaurant Le Coq used to be.

Star chef Michael Wolf, known of Michelin restaurant Oud Sluis in Sluis and star quality cooking restaurant Envy in Amsterdam, that is so passionate about food, took the decision of opening his own restaurant and made his dream come true.

Unfortunately we were not able to join this exclusive dinner on the opening of Wolf Atelier.
A few days later we got invited for a private tour where we met the Chef.

The interior of the previous restaurant was all black, right now it’s more fresh & light, in my opinion way more cozy with an urban style.
The restaurant has an open kitchen – including Chef seats –  and two nice seating areas with the bar in the middle where you can order some very high quality wines & outstanding cocktails.

Why Wolf Atelier?

Chef Michael will challenge himself and his team on a daily basis, to create innovative dishes. You will find new creations straight from the Chef’s kitchen where they will work with seasonal products, where the most tasteful dishes come to live.
The most favourite chosen dishes will make it to the gallery.

Come see what’s cooking in the chef’s kitchen!
