April has always been an important month for Amsterdam. Why? Because it’s the month where we celebrate Kingsday! We’ve lined up all the best parties and markets.
KINGSNIGHT
Kingston Crown X Colourful at Hanneke’s Boom
When? 26th of April from 9pm till 1am
For Hiphop & R&B, fashion, people watching, feet in the water and near central station. Entrance is free but come early as it get’s busy quite fast. Info
Kingsnight at ROEST, Kings & Queens of HipHop
When? 26th of April from 6pm
Last year they organized a market where you can look for the best antiques, vintage clothing and this year they are hosting a 80’s HipHop party! Get your tickets for €12,- here: www.amsterdamroest.nl.
Kingsnight at Le Patron
When? 26th of April 7pm – 1am
Check out this legendary Hip-Hop & R&B street party hosted by the Le Patron Bar. This year they celebrate their 10 year anniversary so more reason to check it out. The line up is pretty impressive! Check the Facebook page for more info and information.
Kingsnight Karaoke by Tropische Verrassingen x Waterkant
When? 26th of April from 9pm till 1am
Sing along with the best R&B tunes from back in the day! Entrance is free and the event is hosted by O-Dog. Info
P. King (restaurant) Kingsnight and Kinsgday
When? 26th of April 7pm – 1am (27th of April 12pm – 8pm)
Probably the best Kingsnight & Kingsday street party in Amsterdam if you ask us. For the last 8 years, this is the place to be on the corner of the Vijzelstraat & Herengracht. Deep house and techno makes this a yearly dancing event which attracts a large crowd. Be early or have a bad dancing spot. They also do a free party on Kingsday. This is an outdoor event.
