Scorpions, best beach bars Mykonos

Read on if you’re going planning to visit Mykonos this summer – the Ibiza of Greece. Besides exploring Mykonos town – known for its white little houses with colorful flowers and blue windows, the island also offers plenty of glamorous and high-end beach parties.

We’ve listed 5 amazing beach bars  in Mykonos, we think you should check out.

Did you know that Mykonos is one of the most beautiful and exciting travel destinations in the world?

Hippie Fish » Agios Ioannis Beach

Hippie Fish lives and breathes at a beautiful spot of Agios Ioannis Beach in Mykonos. I discovered this beach bar by chance because I was looking for a quiet beach in the south and I found it! This beach bar gives you the ultimate summer experience where you can enjoy a wonderful pool with comfy sun-beds and direct access to a very stunning beach and you can order incredible food in this newly opened Peruvian restaurant called “Mistura”. Even though it’s a high class bar (and hotel) the staff is extremely nice and treats every customer the same. The palmtrees and beach sofa’s make you feel you’re somewhere tropical where you don’t want to leave.

A hip & trendy place enclosed in a stunning bay of Panormos with beautiful surroundings. The tables in the front of the terrace have a great view at the beach. The restaurant serves delicious local Greek food and their specialty is Sea Food. You can hire a parasol and a bed for 15 euro or you can relax in the restaurant and order a drink whilst enjoying the view. If you’re looking for a beautiful accommodation to sleep, try Panormos Village next door.

4. Thalassa » Kalafatis beach

This one is great for couples and families, it promises moments of true relaxation. The bar is situated on the end of Kalafatis sandy beach and is the perfect spot to chill and eat delicious risotto – Tip! Order the black cuttlefish risotto.
You can jump of the small harbor side and listen to deephouse and the sound of children playing.
