Bhutan is topping the best in travel list this year because they operate on a strict high value, low impact tourism policy. ‘It is already the world’s only carbon-negative country, and the kingdom is set to become the first fully organic nation by 2020, so it’s only going to get more beautiful.’ Says the Lonely Planet. It may come as a surprise, but England got the 2nd position despite the Brexit. Consequently, it has to do with England’s beautiful coastline with more sections opening up to the public.
