That being said, Can Sastre is located just a few minutes from trendy Santa Gertrudis where you can find some amazing restaurants. It’s one of the most beautiful and tranquil places we have been in Ibiza so far and it will take your breath away from the moment you enter the property. From poached eggs florentine, fluffy pancakes to açai bowls, everything you expect from a great breakfast menu. Freshly prepared by their in-house chef that is using local ingredients only! It comes with a fresh juice and some tea or coffee. Breakfast is not included, it costs 20 euro the person but is worth every penny!
Great service is key
You probably wonder who runs this hidden gem by now. Lovely Dutch couple Bibi and Raymond and their friendly staff, put a lot of love and care into their property and their guests. As a result, great service is what you can expect here! My stay at Can Sastre was one to remember and I will cherish. Rest assured, I hope to return very soon!
