Founded back in 2013, Cinema Culinair is an unique dining experience in the Netherlands that combines the magic of film with gourmet cuisine. Located at different venues across various cities in the Netherlands, enjoy a movie immersive while you dine. Simultaneously, as characters in the movie prepare or eat specific dishes, the same dishes are served to the audience in real-time, allowing them to savor the same flavors as the actors on screen. Movies like Chef, Chocolate, Sideways or Julie & Julia are popular choices, where food plays a central role.
Cinema Culinair brings its unique film and dining experience to some of the most special locations across the Netherlands.
Locations and options
Accordingly, new added dates are now online, as Cinema Culinair get’s ready for another season. From the historic grandeur of Park Centraal in The Hague to the industrial charm of the Werkspoor Cathedral in Utrecht. And from the creative heart of Keilepand in Rotterdam to the imposing atmosphere of Vasim in Nijmegen – each venue adds its own flavor to this one-of-a-kind experience.
Foodwise, you can check the menu online to see if you like the flavors of the movie you’re going to watch. You can pick between a meat/fish or vegetarian menu.
