Although Easter 2020 will be very different than we are used to, we need to make the best of it.
Luckily there are some Easter initiatives that can bring some joy to our Easter Weekend.
BREAKFAST-DINER DRIVE-THRU BY JARMUSCH!
This Easter weekend, by Jarmusch opens a drive-thru in the expedition street of Het Industriegebouw in Rotterdam, making it even easier to pick up your favourite breakfast! Order your guilty pleasures from the car and enjoy your (Easter) breakfast at home. Choose from pancakes with various add-ons, a healthy (vegan) mango pitaya bowl or the club sandwich. And especially for Easter they also serve a breakfast box for two people with pancakes with blueberries and Easter eggs, açai bowl, egg muffins, filter coffee and fresh juices. Together with more info, you can find the takeaway menu on Facebook and in the Instagram story. In case you don’t have a car, you can still order breakfast. It is possible to pick up your order at the breakfast diner at an appropriate distance. The drive-thru is open during this Easter weekend from Friday to Monday from 9 am to noon. As long as Dutch government measures apply, the drive-thru is open every Thursday through Sunday.
DGTL ONLINE FESTIVAL
Unfortunately, many music festivals needed to be cancelled. One of those was DGTL Festival, a festival close to our hearts because they focus on sustainable projects, only serve vegetarian food and even use solar power to run entire music stages from! Besides that, the music is great. If you are a techno-house lover, you will be happy to know that the organisation is hosting an alternative digital DGTL – the world’s biggest living room festival, this Easter weekend! The live stream will start this Saturday from 2PM until Sunday 11PM (CET) and will feature many cool DJ’s! Sign up here to get a notification when your favourite DJ is playing.
