For all the vegans out there, this recipe is not only healthy, delicious, low in sugar but also dairy free, gluten free and Vegan! This Coconut Yogurt Bowl is perfect for when you are in a hurry.
Fist of all, this recipe doesn’t entitle any cooking or baking, it only takes a few minutes. And kids will love it too! It’s fun to make them together. Take little jars instead and let them choose the toppings! One of our favourite coconut yogurt brand is Alpro (no spon, we just love it!) All their plant-based products have a naturally light carbon and water footprint. They use European oats, Mediterranean almonds, even their soya’s grows practically next door! Next to that, they produce sustainably too and keep on improving the process. Are you ready to create the perfect coconut yogurt bowl?
Ingredients:
Alpro Absolutely coconut yogurt
Strawberries or mango
Blueberries or raspberries
Nuts or fresh granola (find out how to make your own granola!)
Coconut flakes
Pumpkin seeds
Cacao nibs
Grapefruit juice (alternatively, you can use lemon or lime)
How you make the healthy coconut yogurt bowl?
Needless to say that this recipe is just too easy and needs no explanation right? Just don’t forget the grapefruit juice! This will make it even more delicious. Extra tip! Roll the grapefruit on a cutting board before you slice it to ensure more of the juice from the peel of the grapefruit.
