Where restaurants pop-up like mushrooms, pop-up wine bars are still left behind. But: change is coming! Pays d’Oc IGP will open up a pop-up wine bar in Odeon Amsterdam on November 1! For 12 days, the first floor of the historic building is transformed into a cozy wine bar where wine lovers can experience the diversity that Pays d’Oc IGP has to offer. More than 40 top wines from the South of France regions at Amsterdam rates, combined with a relaxed atmosphere and hospitable sommeliers full of wine knowledge! We say: Santé!
It’s the first time that a pop-up wine bar has opened in Amsterdam, one that is completely focused on one wine region. With more than 40 open wines, the Pays d’Oc pop-up wine bar has one of Amsterdam’s diverse wine cards. If you know a little about wine, you might know that Pays d’Oc IGP is famous for its many different grape varieties and the great diversity in style. In the pop-up wine bar, this diversity of the wine region can be tasted. On the wine list you will also find the topcuvées of the ‘Collection 2017’. The Collection is an annual returning list of the best wines available to the Pays d’Oc IGP. To add a bit of knowledge, there will be wine experts on location to assist visitors and give you a piece of wine education.
