Pink Beach Amsterdam

Somehow everyone is going crazy when you mention the colour pink. And we have some great news for pink lovers because from June 8th, you can visit an all pink beach bar in Amsterdam!

The woman behind WONDR Experience, Sarah Mendes, thought of the idea during the lockdown. With no possibility to visit her home country Brazil, she wanted to bring the tropics to Amsterdam and we thank her for it.

Pink Beach

You can literally put your toes in the pink sand when this 800 meters pink beach bar opens in Amsterdam North. Umbrella’s, pool, chairs, palm trees and drinks will be pink.

Tropical Menu

Pink apparently scores well in the Dutch capital, this proves Mama Kelly, a fully pink restaurant that is a magnet for influencers. Besides relaxing on the beach chairs, you can also order food and cocktails. From a Palm Springs Burger to a Nacho Salad Bowl or the Pink Beach Special Salad. To top it off you can drink a Barbie’s Pink G&T or Mermaid Tears (we always wondered what that tastes like!)

Like the WONDR Experience, visiting the pink beach should be a fun and special experience. It’s all created with the thought of making people forget the situation we’re in and have a few hours of in a fantasy world. The difference is that you don’t need a ticket, the entrance to the pink beach in Amsterdam is free. To oblige with the current regulations, you do need a reservation.

See you there this summer?
